Co-Founder

Prabhat brings extensive experience in rural livelihoods, agriculture, enterprise development and grassroots innovation. His work has focused on building practical systems that connect farmers with knowledge, technology, infrastructure and markets.

Dr. Surbhi Kumari

Co-Founder

Dr. Surbhi Kumari works at the intersection of women's empowerment, sustainable livelihoods and menstrual health & dignity.

A grassroots practitioner and menstrual health educator, she leads community-focused interventions that create safe spaces for women and girls while strengthening their economic and social agency.

Mayank Jain

Co-Founder

Mayank is part of SumArth's founding leadership and has contributed to the organisation's evolution and development journey.
